We take pride in our handcrafted candles and wax melts. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

Due to the handmade and aromatic nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.


2. Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for scent preferences or used products. Please review fragrance descriptions carefully before purchasing.


4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
